Measure out the Cashew Milk into a small measuring cup. Add the vinegar and mix slightly. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Mix the Herbs and Mayo
While you are waiting for faux buttermilk to "cure", grab a small bowl, add the mayo and then, one by one, add each of the herbs and ground mustard.
Mix together with a medium whisk. It will be very thick at this stage.
Mix in the Faux Buttermilk
Slowly add the faux buttermilk to the mayo and herb mixture in your bowl. Whisk slowly at this stage or you will splash the buttermilk on yourself.
Once all the faux buttermilk is mixed in the bowl, mix more to combine or until the dressing is creamy.
NOTE: if you like a thicker dressing texture, mix in slightly less of the faux buttermilk.
