We spent a couple of weeks in Bardstown, Kentucky, the Bourbon Capitol of the World. Although work kept us busier than we would have liked, we were able to go on a few adventures. Our distiller “tour” did not work out as planned, but we did get to bottle some bourbon! And, we found some giants in the woods!
