Mayonnaise is probably my favorite food. I can’t get enough of it and when I discovered spicy mayo, thanks to Rich, I fell more in love with sushi.
The best reason to make your own spicy mayo is control over your ingredients. I never order spicy mayo at a sushi restaurant for fear it may contain soy sauce, even though they may say it does not. I just don’t trust it. So, I bring my own in a small container and I am able to enjoy my sushi even more!
Although I primarily use this delicious sauce with sushi, I also love it for seared tuna, sandwiches, and my favorite gluten-free potstickers and egg rolls from Feel Good Foods.
