The Process
Thaw the shrimp and pat dry to remove all the moisture.
Add shrimp to a grill basket and coat lightly with olive oil, then sprinkle generously with Old Bay Seasoning.
Place the grill basket on a preheated grill and cook for six minutes or until opaque. Do not overcook.
Serve warm with cocktail sauce, tarter sauce, or both. Also can be chilled and served.
