3 Gluten-Free BBQ Sauces (Dairy-Free)

Gluten-free dairy-free barbecue sauces three ways—Texas classic, Alabama white, and Carolina mustard—with grilled chicken

gluten-free | dairy-free

Three gluten-free, dairy-free barbecue sauces, one for every protein on your grill: a sweet-and-tangy Texas-style classic, a creamy Alabama white, and a Carolina mustard. All naturally GF and DF—the ‘creamy’ Alabama white is mayo-based, no dairy—and each comes together in about 10 minutes. Watch the video for a bonus 4th sauce.

If you like barbecue sauce, you will love these three versions. The classic sauce is Texas-style, the creamy sauce is from Alabama, and the mustard sauce is from the Carolinas.

All three sauces are wonderful with beef, chicken, or pork and after you try them, you’ll probably have a favorite one for each type of protein.
