Roasted Red Pepper Sauce | Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free

Gluten-free dairy-free roasted red pepper sauce in a bowl

gluten-free | dairy-free

This gluten-free, dairy-free roasted red pepper sauce comes together in one bowl with just 4 ingredients. Created for our chicken burgers, it’s a do-everything sauce—slather it on burgers and sandwiches, toss it with pasta, or use it as a veggie dip or salad dressing.

This sauce was created for my Chicken Burgers, but you can use it on so much more! Try it on beef burgers, as a veggie dip, on salads, sandwiches, and as a pasta sauce.

Recipe notes

  • Use jarred roasted red peppers (in water, not oil), or roast your own!

  • If you don’t have a food processor, chop the pepper up as finely as you can and mix in the rest of the ingredients. You will want to mince the garlic, too, if not using a food processor.

Now, go eat something amazing!
