This pulled pork sandwich pizza is gluten-free and dairy-free—BBQ pulled pork, coleslaw, and pickled yellow peppers on the championship pizza crust. Rich and Victoria’s philosophy: take a great sandwich and make it a pizza. ‘So good I don’t even think about the missing cheese.’ All the components can be made from site recipes or store-bought.

Rich and I love to turn meals and sandwiches into pizzas, and that is what we have done with this one. If you love pulled pork sandwiches, you will LOVE this pizza.

The ingredients are mostly recipes you can find on our site, and the links to those recipes are in the recipe. Of course, you can use store-bought or your own versions of BBQ sauce, pulled pork, and coleslaw.

Gluten-Free Pulled Pork Sandwich Pizza

The Process
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. If using a pizza stone, add the stone to the oven before you preheat.
  • Grab a pizza crust from the freezer. You do not need to thaw it first unless you prefer to.
  • Spread the BBQ sauce on the pizza leaving about 1/2 inch of crust around the edge un-sauced. Add the pork and the red onion.
  • Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes or until you achieve your desired level of crispiness.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and let cook a few minutes and then slice into 8 slices. Add the coleslaw and pickles and enjoy!
