Gluten-Free No-Cook Pizza Sauce (Dairy-Free)

gluten free margherita pizza

gluten-free | dairy-free

This gluten-free, dairy-free no-cook red pizza sauce is the house recipe we’ve spent years refining—San Marzano tomatoes, garlic, basil, smoked paprika, and Italian herbs, mixed in one bowl in 10 minutes flat. No cooking, no jarred sauce, no added sugar. The tomatoes are sweet enough on their own. Make a fresh batch, refrigerate for the week, or freeze in individual portions so pizza night is always just minutes away.

Red sauce is the most popular and traditional pizza sauce you can put on a pizza. We have worked on our no-cook recipe for years, and we hope you love it as much as we do.

Many people believe sugar should be added to red sauce, but we don’t agree. The tomatoes are sweet enough, but if you really want to add some sugar, a tablespoon will do.

Now, go eat something amazing!

  • Or, you can freeze in individual portions and use when needed.
