gluten-free | dairy-free
This grilled shrimp is naturally gluten-free and dairy-free—quick, easy, and paired with homemade GF/DF cocktail sauce and tartar sauce. Victoria and Rich make their own because store-bought sauces are often unlabeled for GF, and homemade tastes better anyway. All three recipes share one video.
We love shrimp! And we love dipping our shrimp into cocktail sauce AND tartar sauce (at the same time for Victoria). After reading the ingredients on store-bought cocktail sauce and tartar sauce (high-fructose corn syrup, xanthan gum, modified food starch, tapioca flour) and noticing that many were not labeled gluten-free, we decided to make our own. When you make your own sauces, you will experience brighter, deeper flavors, and you’ll never have to ask whether they’re gluten- or dairy-free.
Our cocktail sauce is bursting with horseradishey goodness and our tartar sauce is creamy and packs a ton more flavor than the bottled version. Our grilled shrimp recipe is so quick, easy, and amazingly delicious that you may find yourself having shrimp night many times a week.
Now, go eat something amazing!
