We love shrimp! And we love dipping our shrimp into cocktail sauce AND tartar sauce (at the same time for Victoria). After reading the ingredients on store-bought cocktail sauce and tartar sauce (high fructose corn syrup, xanthan gum, modified food starch, tapioca flour) and noticing many were not labeled gluten-free, we decided to make our own. When you make your own sauces you will experience brighter and deeper flavors and you’ll never have to ask if it is gluten or dairy-free.
Our cocktail sauce is bursting with horseradishey goodness and our tartar sauce is creamy and packs a ton more flavor than the bottled version. Our grilled shrimp recipe is so quick, easy, and amazingly delicious you may find yourself having shrimp night many times a week.
